One inbox, one thread

Your whole team, working the same queue.

Sol puts every conversation in one place, however it arrived. Assignment, private notes and status live on the thread — so nothing sits unowned and nobody answers twice.

Verified end-to-end in a real browser: a visitor chats, an agent replies, and the signed webhook lands in Command — no shared database between them.

Five surfaces, one inbox

Support software that gets out of the way.

Sol is deliberately narrow: the conversation, the people working it, and the systems that need to know. Everything below is running today.

INBOX · Agent workspace

One queue, live, with the whole team in it.

Agents work a single real-time inbox where every conversation lands regardless of channel. Status, ownership and internal discussion all sit on the thread, so context never lives in someone's head.

  • Open, pending, snoozed and resolved, with auto-reopen when a customer replies
  • Private internal notes alongside public replies, with @mentions of people or teams
  • Live presence, typing indicators and instant delivery over WebSocket
  • Per-account conversation numbers, unread counts and participant tracking
How it works

Independent by design.

Sol keeps its own database, its own real-time backend and its own API. It integrates with the rest of the stack over signed HTTP, which means it can be adopted on its own and removed without unpicking anyone else's schema.

Bring the channel your customers actually use and the thread that got lost last week. We'll wire the widget live.
